400ex kickstart? (for reference)

i remember when i had my 400ex and i was thinking of getting a kicker on it and i had a friend that said theyve "seen it" before but the dealer shop said it couldnt be done, is this true?

(this is just for my referencing that way if im ever in this situation again ill know for sure)

You can make it a kicker but the parts would have to used from an xr400 and would kick backwards. :(
