Those of you with Hiper rims - torquing lugs??

Hey guys, do you torque your Hiper rims? I am told they should be 10 ft-lbs, but I think that is going to loosen up on me. What are you guys doing?

10 ft lbs is for the bolts on the rings not the lug nuts

That's what I thought, but Hiper keeps telling me it is for the lugs. :confused:

Tighten them down like you would a normal wheel.
