need help making decesion!!

I 'm sure what to do. On my project bike I can either build my 250 to a decked out 335 stroker or for the same money put a stock 350x engine in there. Im not sure which will be better so any help is appreciated.

if a 350x motor fits put it in, then if you want more power you can bore that to like a 390.
