I have a 250r with a 350x engine in it. It is bored and stroked to a 452, 12:1 compression, cam, heavier springs. The problem I have is the damn thing is impossible to kick over!!! It takes all I have to just kick it once and it hardly starts after that. I dont have a decompression cable on it but I dont think it will help cause when I hold the compression release, it still dont help. Please, my leg cant take much more!!!!

There is a trick to starting a built 350x. I have a 350x that has been built just like yours, but I didn't stroke mine to get it to a 452. You have to roll it past the compression stroke and then jump on the kickstarter. It starts everytime. You can't just throw a leg over and try to kick it or it will laugh at you while it throws your knee into your chest!! It starts pretty easily once you get the system down.

I know its supposed to be hard to kick over, Im only seeing if theres an easier way to to it or an easy fix.
