i'm hear rejetting my bike i need a spcial tool for my o7 right?

No special tool needed. I suggest get the zip ty fuel screw for easy adjusting.

how would you spin it without that tool?

I believe a small flathead screw driver.

mayb were is it located Because i already put in the A/F jet and the Main jet now i need the idle which roisser told me to go all the way in and 2 out

Yea its right next to the bowl under the carb goldish color but it doesnt take no flat head screw driver to turn that thing
