can or does anyone repair 350x cyl heads

i have a 350x cylinderhead and the cam and cam journels are all gouged up.is there a business out there that repairs these.i know alot of these engines do this so i would think there is a repair for this problem. ??

I know xr's only will repair them on xr dirtbikes. They might for 350x's. Megacylces make a cam that has roller bearings on them, also. Both require that the head is machined.
