axle bearing carrier

i just tore my stock one apart because something was seized up on it or something (need new bearings) is what i was thinking well come to find out the bearing on the brake side blew up snaped the side off the bearing carrier and the tube the axle goes in wore into the bearing carrier and chewed both components up...... so i need all new stuff.....what replacements are out there that will get me riding again... im not racing or anything so i really need anything special i just want something cheep that will will work good and not fall apart.

he has a double row bearing carrier for $169..

you can also pick the herrmann racing carriers up on ebay from time to time for 125-150 if your willing to wait a bit.

They are very nice, I have one sitting here on the bench ready to go in.. and the price is definately right.. the stock carrier is over $200 if memory serves.

I just got a rad tapered bearing carrier from marcums. It was 190 i think. It has a grease fitting in it too and tapered bearings last forever basically!!!

I would probly buy the herrmann, because he good stuff for a cheap price. LSR makes a good carrier, as does rad. Both of these are like 200.00 dollars.

I got the RAD dual row bearing carriwer from Marcums!! Cant tell you the price I got it but its gonna be cheaper than the Herrmman, and they are very nice!!
