Doesn't mean it's accurate. every bike is different.

Airbox lid on and Sea level? try a 102. Lid off and sea level? 108 or 110.

For a slow jet you should try a 40. I still run a 38, but unless you like fiddling around with the fuel screw i would just up the pilot.

I would also adjust the e-clip on the jet needle to one notch lower than the factory position.

actually mine did say with air box lid off and actually that is the dynojet kit stage 3 that has those instrucktins because ya need bigger jets and thats just what it does:chinese:

No, i mean 1 250ex is going to need a different jet from a different 250ex. even if they're in the same area, elevation, etc.

really? i can see from going from a 2000 to a 2003 and a 2003 to a 2005 being the same and different and 2005 different to the 2006 those years im meaning... but is it really gonna be different between to new 2005's lets say???

Yes. variations in tolerance, compression, and so on will make every bike different. Close more than likely, but different nonetheless.
