i went to a motorcycle show and they had the new kfx450 there....i don't know if it was the one they are releasing or just one that looks like it......but it is pretty ugly.....it looks like they tried to copy the looks of the ltr450..but its just messed...the tank was so narrow and the plastics had this weird shape in the back fenders that looked like they cut a chunk out of it.....i don't think the new kawi will be anything close to what they are trying to make it sound like...or be better than the ltr......what are your opinions on the new kawi....sorry for the long post

I think it is going to be a great race only bike with the light weight aluminum frame and good motor. But it is the ugliest thing on wheels I have ever seen. It looks like they didn't finish designing it or something or they wanted it to look futureistic but who wants that.

yea i went to a motorcycle show last night. I was pumped to see the new kawasaki, but when i got to the kawasaki part it wasnt there:mad: but i did get to see some other sweet stuff up there:cool:

I thought the gas tank was supposed to be skinny, it lets you move around more. I wouldn't judge it by how it looks, just wait until you ride it to judge it.

it also says on that site that at a dealer show a rep said the msrp is around 7,300.

ya it should be fairly skinny..but when i sat on it and moved around it just didn't feel right...like it wasn't very smooth to move around on...unlike the ltr...i can't really describe it but i just don't like it.....however it might handle totally different
