well i ditched the parking brake finally and i wanted to get a new clutch perch.... well i could really use a hundred bucks on a new front bumper so i did things my way B)

still need to round off the edges some more, sand it a bit more and break out the good ol' rattle can.

that looks great man! for now mines stock also and i just took off the parking brake so it doesnt look that great. if you dont mind could you tell us the steps you took to make it look like that? Thanks and nice job. looks like you took your time to make it come out right. :cool:

eh.... took me about 15 minutes lol. not too hard at all.

i took a grinder to it :D your not supposed to grind aluminum but it works. cut off wheel or grinding wheel on a hand held, get rid of the majority of the metal you don't need then finish it off with some sand paper. i think i grabbed some... 150 grit? maybe? then just shoot it with some black paint and your set. you can go and sand it all down and polish it all up ... but ummm ya that would take about a week with all those little corners and what not....

Looks good..now do the carb MOD and ditch the Bar Choke...replace it with the pull one...

i'm working on the choke, i hate the thing.

if you have done it where did you get the cable and knob? i was just going to go pull one off a harley :D

You can order it at any decent bike shop. They will probably get it directly from Mikuni, its only like $8 total.
