HELP!!!!! Bike will not idle it cuts out

I have just had my bike rebuilt for the new season and it will not idle it stops as soon as i let the revs off.. It starts okay and ride okay but soon as i let the revs down it cuts out and i tried turning the throttle stop screw and its not the fuel???

prob the pilot jet or fuel/air screw

does it cut off when it gets at a low rpm, like all the way down to a idle then cut off? does the bike idle at all?

No it will not idle at all. When you start it it starts easy and revs okay but as soon as i stop reving the bike and it goes to idle it cuts out.
