The cheapest torque is a 14t front sprocket - $15. Other than that, like Rico said, depending on money you can go with an airfilter, airbox mods, silencer, head pipe, cam, bigger bore, etc. etc. etc.

call up marcums get a 416 and a drop in cam and if you have no core charge on the cam you'll be at like 350 but i dunno if you'll find a decent pipe for 150

Get a stock bore Ross piston they are heavier and some head work. The heavy piston will help build more torque. a cam will also be needed I think web makes a cam that will work well with the heavy piston.

uhh a heavier piston? how the **** would that give you more torque?

thats jut more weight the motor has to move around, taking AWAY power

any aftermarket piston you get will be lighter and if you want torque go with higher compression. 416 kit with 11:1 will give you good torque increase and you can sitll run on premium pump gas. get a drop in cam and a good slip on pipe you should have alot more torque.

go with a 416 kit, cam, hardface the rockers new valve springs and that stuff.
