well i finally got my new frame today. this is how its sitting right now. i figured i'd go ahead and remove the radiatior and everything off of the old frame, clean everything then install it. where would you go from here?

if it was up to me i would move onto the rest of the parts of the engine. It might be easier to do it now with everything else out of the way.. and get everything else in the frame on and worry about the swinger, aarms and all that later

back when i first got it i slammed into a tree with my left a arms. it bent the top a arm, bent and cracked the lower a arm, and cracked my frame right behind the lower a arm mount and bent the lower part of the frame up and to the left a little. it rode straight its just one of those things that bothers me.

I would recommend gusseting and powdercoating first.

Make sure to use loctite on EVERYTHING. I bought a 400ex last year that had been taken apart and painted.........I spent more time finding bolts to put back on it than riding it. I have already used a whole bottle of loctite on my 04 rebuild, and I havent removed the motor, or subframe. Good luck the rest of the way!!
