Which is louder the HMF or BIG GUN full system I know alot of ppl run HMF but why not the big gun

There's really no particular reason (that I know of) that people run HMF or Big Gun. It's mostly personal preferance. The HMF is louder, but I wouldn't get a pipe just because it's loud, in some cases (not all) the loudest (most free flowing) can be the most powerful. It's not 100% true but take a look at HMF, Curtis sparks, Yoshimura (uncorked). Those are all great and powerful pipes, on the loud side though.

I would get the HMF, but you don't need a full system.

people buy HMF's because there cheap. Big Gun probably make a little more power and will be quiter.

How much hp does the HMF give out on an average with the full system

Depends on what quad, 400ex could vary from 1 - 4hp, 450r could vary from 3 - 6hp.
