Be sure to replace the copper gasket between the head and the pipe. It will be prone to leak if you don't.

If you had the stock exhaust on for a long time, it probably be black, flat, and stuck on the head. Take a flat head screw driver to pry it out. It's easy to miss.

Also your local dealer should keep the new gasket in stock.

It's not really the age that matters. It's the fact that the gasket was designed to "crush" when you tighten the headpipe down. This "crush" is what seals it off.

I think its inside the head still, Like mayb stuck to the head Because theres noting on the old header

I'm not sure about the '07s. My rossier came with the main, pilot, and HRC needle.

Mine also, I just screw them in and bang?

Yes, but be sure not to over tighten them; they strip out easily. Just snug them with your fingers and then 1/4 turn, if that, with a socket.

I would start at the middle position on the needle, and go from there.

Yeah , you wanna be sure you replace the copper crush gasket in the head. As for the exhasut , i have had curtis sparks , yoshi , hmf and now rossier. It's the best exhaust money can buy imo. Power gains are incredible , and it looks & sounds great , throw a little mother's on it and it looks even better.......

the high temp coper sylicone is for the can/mid/header joints.
your going to love the sound of that thing.

I havnt got mine jetted right yet but it rips.

I didnt replace my coper crush gasket and it dont leak (yet).

when you install it, just start all the bolts dont tighten until you get it all put on. (you may have to rotate the mid pipe so it dont touch the motor/frame or anything else).

congrads, you got a top quality top performance exhaust.

I used my stock one back in may and it just recently started backfirin. I replaced the gasket and it runs like a top. You will be able to tell when you need a new one
