Rubbing compound and alot of elbow grease. The more you rub, the better it looks. Top it off with some wax to make it clean up easy. Johnboy

try the armour-all whipes, they work great, they are cheap, and not much elbo grease. (I use a clean shop rag afterwards to whipe off the excess so it dont collect dust so fast.
(also makes the dirt rinse of really easy)

ok i saw this the other day and started messing with my plastic. the plastic is 20 years old and had tons of scuff marrk and u talk about dull.

what i did was use turttle fine polishing compound and a orbital buffer ($15 at walmart) buffed entire surface then use a rag and finger for the cracks. then wipe it all off.

it was not very shiney so i then used some meguires cleaning wax with the buffer and i turned out awsome.

i will post some pics in a sec.
