what is the lowest you will go. i have the money for that but if i spend that much i would just rather buy a new set.

Your going to find alot of prices that are close to new... your almost better off just getting new ones...... People buy these bars for 299, use them and then try to sell them for 250.... 220 is actually the lowest price i've seen a used set for recently.... i wanted to buy a set too but i'm with you, new is better for a few extra dollars....
