iPod question...

I got an 80 gig iPod for xmas and I'm trying to figure out the damn volume limit. When I change the setting and enter a code, it goes back to the preset volume. i need help before I see how well this thing flies through the air....

Mayb its jetted wrong try leaning it out.

Main Menu

Then go to settings and find volume limit

Set it where you want it and hit menu again....that should od it for you!:)

It just does the same thing...

id return it if its staying the same and request a new one...but thats just me

OMG, change the main jet to a 42! LOL

Search the apple site for a tech support line or either read the book on how to reset it. I've got a 60 gig and have to reset it about every 8 months or so. I have it connected to my truck stereo for long drives. I know you have to plug it into the charger, switch the lock to locked and then unlock and press and hold two buttons but I don't remember which two. It's near the back of the book on how to do it. Hope this helps.

I got one of them things for xmas to!lol. I got the "nano". On mine you go to settings and go to volume limit and go from there. Or when a songs playing just rub the little circle left or right. Im the worst at things like this
