Lonestar or Hermann Racing????????????

i ordered a lonestar axle and a lonestar bearing carrier but was sent a hermann bearing carrier-i was charged 199.00 for the bearing carrier-should i keep the hermann-which i never heard of are they any good? or should i send it back and get i what i asked for-the thing that gets me the most is that i specifically asked for the lonestar because i had the guy price match it for me out of dennis kirk magazine and he then still sends the wrong part??? thanks in advance

i would *****, the herrmann is probably better quality but you can buy a hermann at retail for 169.99

and they have been selling for about 120-14 on ebay.

herrman has quality stuff.

I have a lsr bearing carrier and I ordered bearings from herrman, he charged me 30 bux for the bearings(double row) and LSR charges 100bux for them....

IMHO lsr is a rip off and I consider them the "huffy of quads"

but in your case, I would *****!!!!!!!

Like Bee said, Your paying for the NAME when you buy LSR. Herrman, as far as I know, is pretty good stuff.

I think what they did to youn is switch and bait. If you call them theyv will probly tell you they gave a product of equal quailty.Which is bullsht. Since the herrmann cost so much less. Try to get a refund or a discount on yor next part.

LSR is more like GT is. Huffy make a better product than GT does now. GT has a good name but make crap.

The Herrmann Racing carrier is a great product (I've got one sitting on the bench right now for my 400!).. But you paid about $30 above retail for it :D

SnotMe80 - Who was the parts source? You should give them a call and let them know about the price difference. I had a similar experience recently - I want what I paid for, even if the product I recieved is similar or even similar. But Hermann is a good product.

well i decided to keep the hermann racing carier so tonight i get it ready to install and guess what-it is the wrong carrier-it will not fit-it must be for the 400ex swingarm-i just want my quad back together so i can ride-is it to much to ask

Leo is 100% right. Keep the Herrmann carrier and demand $30.00 back, or at least a store credit...

They should fix their problem with no cost to you, (shipping or anything else) I always do... The customer is always right:D
