Whats up everyone?
I was looking to get some ideas for my trailer.
And why not look at what you guys put your quads and other toys in. Also does anyone know if you can put 2 or even stretching it 3 in a 6x12 trailer?

Thanks guys,
MDRracing
Cody

You can easily get three quads in a 6x12, even a 6x10. I had 3 400ex, a mini and dirt bike in a 6.5x12. The quads were sideways.

Did you have to load them sideways as well?

it's very hard to get 3 450's in a 6x10. It is difficult putting two in.

mine fits in a 6 x 4 so 3 quads in a 6 x 12 should go

Here's a pic of my Triton ATV 88 trailer. It's 6.5 X 9 and it will hold 2 quad and a dirt bike, but it's tight!

do the po po give you any troble for having the quads up on the bed like that? It probly works slick, then you have all the room underneath to put stuff.

3 quads won't fit into a 6X12 enclosed trailer. Just the open trailer.

LOL i just seen a guy put 4 450r's in a 6x12 enclosed trailer.
But i only have a single axle. So my trailer wouldn't really love 4 quads and all the other gear.

there is a lot of BS on here... 6x10 does not fit 4 quads, unless maybe you went vertical but even then...

each sport ATV is pretty much 6 feet in length and 4 feet in width... that is a good rule of thumb...

what is the ceiling height in there ?

I really like that set up, I may have to break down and buy an enclosed. (It would sure free up some garage space)

It works pretty good. I took the stereo out of an old junk car i had and the speakers were on sale at wally-world.

The hardest part was getting the plywood on the face to fit and not look bad. I also added a battery on the tongue and hooked up the interior lights, stereo, and vent fan to the batt. And while i was at it i wired it for a generator. Just need to get one now.

My trailer is the extra tall i think it's 6'6" inside

here's a couple of pics of my E-trac in action.

I got it from a guy that junks semi trailers. paid $0.50 a foot for it.

beats sleeping on the floor and takes up less room than an air mattress

JJ what size MotoMetals you got on your truck?? I've been lookin at them for the F250 but tires are to much$$$ for anything bigger than a 16"

When I bought this trailer I had a 1/2 ton truck or i would have gotten a bigger one. So I had to make everyting work for me and the tired 1/2 ton.

This pics of a shelf i can put across the back and pack extra gear and camping supplies and still get 2 quads in.
I can fit 8 of those 18 Gallon totes up there.

I really like the floor.
How much paint did it take to do the ramp and the floor??

Well... the kit we used was meant for a 2-car garage, and we used half of it. So I suppose if they sell a kit for a one car garage, it would do the trick.

sweet... reminds me of my time in fortaleza brasil, where everyone slept in hammocks... the houses were so small that they didnt have room for beds, hammocks were cheaper, and it was so hot there year round that it was cooler to sleep in hammocks too...
