jetting questions

hey a buddy of mine has an 06 bill balance edition yfz and he is having some troubles with the jetting. i think he is running a 38 to 150. he is really lacking the throttle response and the low end. he wanted me to ask if you guys had any tips or settings your running. how many turns to give the screw stuff like that i guess just jetting tips.

i cut a big hole in the airbox lid and stapled an outerware over it so it can breathe.. jetting is as follows...
170 main
48 or 50 pilot
50 leak jet
ncvq needle 4th clip down
2 and a half turns out on air screw
