Oregon Senate Bill 49
Senate Bill 49 — would ban outright the use of ATVs by children younger than 12 and would allow 12- to 15-year-olds only on undersized models.
It doesn't affect only Oregonians, This affects ANYONE who rides the Oregon Dunes. Think about the impact this will have if it goes through. Many people will not come on vacation here, the entire state will lose revenue.
I signed the petition at the Southern Oregon Arenacross Saturday night.<br>
