I HAVE A STOCK 400 AND IM PUTTING ON A 14 TOOTH SPROKET,I HAVE RACED A GUY SEVERAL TIMES THAT HAS A BIG GUN SYSTEM,K&N,REV BOX. MY BIKE ALWAYS PULLS FROM HIM AND HE CANT CATH ME. I DONT PLAN ON DOING MOTOR WORK SO IS IT WORTH PUTTING ON A PIPE??

its worth it , he prolly didnt jet it right

yea, to get the best performance out of your pipe you need to jet the bike properly, but his bike might be jetted right and he just doesnt no how to ride it right....?

It's worth it, but buy new jets if you buy a pipe.

Is a complete big gun or slip on? Bcuz one big gun slip on actually takes power away. W/ the slip on the 400ex had 26 hp. a stock 400ex has 28 hp.

It adds bottom end power though. You pull him off the line because you have lower gearing. If you let them wind out in 5th gear, he would beat you. (unless his jetting is way off)
