yfz pops on shut off

after ive rode my quad hard, a popping kinda backfire comes from the exhaust when i shut it off. im thinking maybe im lean but i dont know.

Mine stared doing this recently. I discovered one of the intake valves were out of adjustment. When was the last time you checked your valve clearances?
