250R Motor needs work...sell whole or part out

I have my motor left to sell ill either sell it whole or part it out. The sleave skirt broke off causing minor damage to crank (see pics). The piston has some minor damage and im pretty sure the cylinder could be resleaved. I have..

88 bottom end complete
Pro design cool head
factory kicker
ESR billet exhaust flange (needs new O-rings)
V-force with new reeds
Trinity "baja" cylinder
