Hi all
i currentley have 2 250R's but im thinking about getting a lt 500 only thing is i dont know anything about them so im after some info realy are thay reliable, wot faults are there to lookout for and are parts still easy to get hold of
i have been offer a totally stock one for £1000 wich is about $2100 dose this sound good it looks pritty tidy

what do you want to do with it ?

the price sounds good if its in nice condition.

hard to beat the 250r.
the 500 is wide though and all of them I have rode didnt really
rev like the 250r, its actually got torque and likes to be short
shifted.

dunes are fun on the big boy, and theres not alot of them around
so you will look more original (but parts are limited also on a low produced atv)

the 500 is a power house you can get parts if you know where to look my friend has one he completely restored and its a beast the price aint so bad i found a couple on ebay and they are asking 2500 and are in good to ok shape

REMEMBER 500CC'S TWO STROKE IS EQUIVELANT TO 1000CC'S 4 STROKE HP(NOT TORQUE). :grr:
