Does Hyper still require all retailers to sell at a specific price? C&D Racing usually offers free shipping when this is the case.

Hiper requires its dealers to ADVERTISE no lower then thier suggested retail price, but the dealer can sell at what ever margin they want.

That seems a little high to me. I bought the same setup last year for $620 shipped. I ordered mine with the blue rings, but the blues were on backorder so they shipped the wheels with black rings so i'd have a set of rings and then sent me the blue rings for free when they came in. Awesome service!
