How do I install it? The instruction that came with it made no cents and the picture they had was all blurry. I have no clue on how to install it, I dont no anything about wires.

1. Attach the switch to the handle bar.

2. Connect the short wire (ground) to metal anywhere on the machine to ground it.

3.Take the long wire and connect it to the positive wire from the stator (usually found on the left or shift side of the machine)

hope this helps,
Landon

How would I connect it to the positive wire from the stator? Is the stator under the front fender?

I was reading other threads and people were talking about open and closed kill switches. What does that mean and do I have the right one?

im not sure about the stator, cuz i never had to deal with it... i just saw those directions in rocky mountains FAQ... and with pro design it doesnt matter if you have a open or closed switch. but i got a tusk tether switch for my ltr and i had to specify for an open switch (most new models have open switches) and it is wired differently than the pro design so it doesnt get wired to the stator....maybe somebody else knows...?

If you don't know what a stator is or the difference between "normally open" and "normally closed", you should have someone do it for you.

Can you tell me how to do it so that I wont have to ask someone else to do it for me? Thats why I am on here, to ask questions and learn to do it myself instead of having someone else do it for me.
