You should really check into Breezewood Proving Grounds, Your not too far at all from it. Its a mx track with 3 different tracks for beginners on up. Also if you just want trails you are close to Taskers Gap, kind of rocky but its free public trails.

I live in Broad Run and my office is in Marshall. Breezewood is going to be your best bet. They have great facilities and tracks for all skill levels. It's about a 2 hour ride but well worth it. I've attached their link below.
