DASA 500cc kit??

Anyone ever try a 500cc kit on their R yet? I know a 480 bolts right on but is there any case machining that has to be done for a 500 kit?

I have never tried the DASA kit, but I have tried their products and they are top notch. I have run a FST/Sparks 500 kit in my engine before, and it was quite a setup. I was surprised with how the engine ran with the kit. It ran smooth, started easily, and had plenty of power.

To my knowledge, you should not have to do anything but bolt their kit up.
