need a few miscellanious parts

I'm looking for a few cheap parts. I don't really need them now, but figured somebody might have some laying aroun in their way. Anyway here's what I'm looking for.

kickstart lever
clutch actuator lever (just the part that circled)

Let me know what you've got and also the diameter of the mounting holes for them.

Also need the little plastic piece for a 300ex steering stem clamp. The black piece in this pic.

Servicehonda.com or calatv.com is your best bet. I'd buy both new, the clutch actuator wears and most used ones don't seem to last too long. The bushing is like $12 and the actuator is usually about 25.
