i am just getting out of high school and wanting to know what you look for when you hire people i am looking for a school that teaches power sport repair but i just want to hear how you guys got started

Many repair shops are going to look for a certification from a motorcycle college. In my experience, it is also great when they look for someone with general knowledge of what they are dealing with and experience with it too.

This is kinda off topic but every place says they want you to have experience but no one will hire you to get experience, so it's kinda hard to have experience when no one will give it to you...
