jetting

ok,i have a freind that has a 05 450r.he just installed a curtiss full exhaust.the rest is all stock trim.he installed a jet kit.188 main.it's back fireing low to med range when ugive it gas.also it's hard to start.what jets is every-one using with the curtiss sparks full exhaust.?any help would be apprecated.

go up a size on the pilot...... or turn the mixture screw out a bit

you might have to drop the eclip on the needle a spot.

is the air box lid on or off? or is it modified in any way like the HRC lid?
