Engine question

Ok so me and my friend were fighting about the engine work i got it is:

Duncan mild port and polish
Hinson Clutch
Ferrara Valves
Pro Circuit valve springs and retainers
Hot Cams stage 2
JE 13:1 piston

He said im dumb for getting a 13:1 piston i should have got an 11.5:1 so i dont have to run race gas, if i did get the 11.5:1 should i or shouldnt i run race gas? He also says theres not a big differnce after it haveing the mods put on from stock!?!

Please give your opinon if im the dumb one or him, because im about to lose it and don't want to look stupid if its me who is dumb and punshed a kid in the face for helping me.

ive ridden this bike and it has mad power gains. the kid is just jelous because his 250r runs like S#!% because hes cheap and he didnt run race gas. BTW the 450 pulls on that POS like no other day. if u got the money run get the work done. if its not your quad dont worry about it.

11.5:1 will NOT require race gas.

My build is somewhat similar to yours.

HCS2
Ferrea Intakes
DASA Pipe
A/B Lid off
Sparks filter

She made 47.72hp and 33.85tq compared to a stock bikes 36hp 27tq....I'd say that is a pretty nice gain over stock ;)
