Got the covers all off found the three timing marks. im guessing TDC is the middle mark. and its on compression stroke, no T or anything just three marks. found mark on cam spocket and what it should line up with like a pointer made in to the casting sticking out. well..........know its lined up on middle mark below but not at the cam spocket. its like half to one tooth off. if you line up the mark on cam spocket the marks below are nowhere to be seen. like i said its a 06 bought it new and it has less then 300 miles on it im guess. so is it possible it can be out of time?? and theres no clearance at valve (only checked intake at this time).
soooo it needs to be set in time right?? how much trouble is this?
P.S. the chain is tight.
