Lookin good man! how long do you think it took you to tear down your quad (in hours) I'm seriously debating to make one of my next mods a PC job and gusset, but I'm scared I wont get it back together!

just label stuff real good, its not as hard as ya think. umm maybe, 3-4 hours thats with labeling eveything to. Me and my dad took our time taking it apart not losing anything and taking our time doing it right putting it back toghter.

man i just ordered my frame yesterday and im going to be swapping them in the next few weeks. were is the first place you started on your tear down?

i got mine down right now and i bagged all bolts and labeled the bags. I think it will help me when i go to put it back together and i left some bolts in their orginal holes so i would now where they go. I am trying to keep all the stuff together and all bags of bolts right beside the part where they go. I hope to have mine done in two weeks. I am waiting on parts as well. I bought a Walsh front end with Chrome stem. i can not wait to get my hands on the stuff and bolt it up.
