blue cheese is good on steaks and burgers, and blue cheese salad dressing is my fav. Other notable cheeses are colby jack, pepper jack, mozz, and yes swiss is good aswell. There was a point made, why pay for holes.....guess its just that tasty.:devil:

swiss cheese and vanilla ice cream? thats an odd combination, but i think i might have to try it sometime.

I prefer Mozz, Cheddar, Colby Jack, and the Nacho cheese stuff in a can (it really isnt cheese i dont think LOL) Swiss is good on somethings, and i dont think ive ever tried Bleu cheese...:huh

It sounds strange but they are actually really good together. My grandparents used to take my dad to a place where they would get swiss and ice cream. It's good with choc ice cream too.
