2004 KFX Cheap

I have a 2004 KFX, it had dropped a valve. And after tearing it down I realized I didnt want to put any more money in it. Because im sure most of you have realized quads arent the best investment. Well most all of the motor is toast. It has some extras with it. Everything is here, its currently tore down. Ill take $1000 for it as it sits right now with the motor like that. Heres a picture of it all cleaned up. I want to get rid of it quick as possible taking up way too much room. Will deliver withing reasonable distance, will not ship. If I cant sell it real quick I have people wanting lots of parts off it so I'll be parting it out before soon if know one wants to buy the quad.

i will go ahead and say as it sits right now it doesnt look near as good as it does in that picture. It was dirty when I tore it down and it still is. I will get pics asap of it sitting right now. It has yellow rear fenders sitting on it right now

does it come with the green fenders or how it sits now?

Yes it comes with a full set of green plastic...I only have the front and rear yellow fenders i dont have yellow side panels. The green plastic has some discolored spots from flexxing.

It needs a whole new head assembly new cams, cam chain, it scored the top of the piston some, you might be able to get away with putting a new piston in I had it rebuilt not too long before all this. It needs more than tht, thats just off the top of my head. Mods, umm pro taper bars, itp front wheels with holeshots, itp baja wheels on the back with holeshots, full dmc alien exhaust, shockwears, ac nerf bars with pro pegs and heelguards, and maybe some other little things im forgetting. Im in washington county, pretty close to the ky line near louisville.

Sorry you guys...the kfx melted down pretty good when my garage caught fire. I still have it though and I am going to fix it its not melted to bad just the plastics and grips etc. But once I have it fixed it is for sale and I am taking offers. Thanks alot
