new head

Installed new polished and ported head /new piston now i can't get quad started acts like it is flooded have a gas /oil combo dripping out of exhaust need suggustions:confused:

Do a compression test, make sure it's where it should be, Just incase,
could check to make sure that the valves aren't to tight,
Then double check the normal stuff,
make sure you have spark, and timing, ect
