ESR pro series. its funny i have never seen a dyno sheet for it.. i have the pipe and never had any urge to go something else. everyone is so quick to say dasa or ross. but personally you get what you pay for. its all prefrence. i mean if your racing i guess 1/4 hp is everything but if your not in it for every ounce then just get what looks good

for the 04/05 motor dasa or rage all the way. if you are interested in mainly low to mid rpm's then HMF is a good as well.

Whatever you do, don't get a pipe just because it is loud. Riding areas are being shut down due to morons that insist on having a loud pipe. FMF, White Brothers and Pro Circuit make nice quiet series pipes that put out better power over stock. Or you could go with HMF, Big Gun, Two Brothers or ESR with a quiet Core.

Nothing is wrong with the kit, they are referring to what comes in the kit, the 06-07 have a different kit than the 04-05's. The 06-07 hrc kit comes with a different pipe I think and it is really well made from what I hear.

The 04-05 hrc kits did not come with this part

I am not sure what the HP increase is with the HMF, but I had one on my 400ex and it was super loud. I had a DMC alien on my 07 (for sale if you want it, only used for about 10 hrs. not a scratch on it), and am putting on a Rossier.

Rossier, DASA, RAGE, HMF, ESR, Yoshimura, Ron Woods, CT Racing

Take your pick!

The Rossier, DASA, and RAGE are the three top performers on the 04/05 machines when mildly modified.

:ermm: I don't care too much for the LRD pipes...be it slip on or full system....they just aren't up to par with the other pipes which were recommended.

Eddie sanders racing is the way to go imo. get the race series pipe. Less $ than the pro series. But, as good if not better.

2nd choice...Rossier

I agree with you!!!

I don't like people that get on here and say I want a loud pipe. And they don't have anything to say about performance durability and more!!!!:D

Not tryin to dog your pipe bro. But LRD was a great 250r 2 stroke pipe 10 yrs ago. As far as there new 4 stroke pipes go. I have heard nothing good.

HMF slip-on without a doubt you can't go wrong. Not only does mine hit hard but it sounds damn good for just a slip-on.
Figure that all you really want is that extra sound and you get that for $220 and if you ever want more power buy a HRC kit for $360.
TOTAL COST: $580
compared to a complete exhaust: $500 or even more

And with a HRC kit and slip-on you will have plenty of power then you know what to do with.

Thanks,

My rossier has done very well for me. I have had no quality issues with it and it makes good power all around.

Curtis Sparks is definetly a good pipe. They make good power all around.

Those are my 2 top pipes. They are both pretty noise, make good power, and great qualtiy.
