its not that hard me and a few friends do it and its called parkour for you who dont know. its all about form/technique, he does have very good flow however but most of that stuff aside from the flips is pretty basic and we do most of it in town or on the campus here

If it's not that hard, why don't you show us and post up a vid of you and your buddies jumping from rooftop to rooftop.

I see how they do it. Looks like the rolls and stuff takes the impact away and you need to have good eye hand cornation skills.

ok fine when the weather gets better here ill take some video...most people really dont understand its not that hard if you have thr right form. ill get some video from the gym next time we go until i can get some from out on the streets

i want to get in on this thread just so I can be notified when TRX_450
does it. You can't make a claim like that and not back it up. Let see it. If it isn't that hard why do you have to wait for the weather?

because everythings covered in ice...its not something you do in the dead of winter when you have to wear a coat to go outside in the winter we train in the gym and in the spring summer and fall we hit the streets and campus, ill see if i can dig up some pictures from this past fall

Hey! I do parkour with TRX when I head North. He's right...a lot of the stuff isn't horribly difficult. You just have to drill the stuff over and over again. That video is of the founder of PK. He is really good. Hiss flow is sooo smooth. I can do most of that stuff too it just doesn't look as clean same with TRX.
