I have some rattle, bug at very low end but got strong at mid and top end. I'm at 400ft sea level and I run a 165 main jet, stock pipe, K&N power kit filtrer and mid-top cam. I think that it<s the effect of my cam because I lost a little bit low end but it<s seem to be a jetting problem.

My question is that's possible that my needle clip position was to rich because the bike have bugs at very low end.

Thanks

ALEX

your sig says you have a wb race cam. I'm not up on that cam, but since it is a race grind, that may just be the nature of the beast.

Question...how is the idle circuit? Doest it foul the plug at all if you let it idle for 5 of 10 minutes? what pilot jet are you running? What is your mixture screw? What position is you needle clip? Need more info.....

I'm just get the quad for 1 week and I don,t know all the setting. I sure that the pilot and needle jet are in stock form. The idle is fine.

I change the previous 165 main jet for a 160 and it's a little better but it bug again.

Before I remove the 165 main jet, I remove the end cap (canister) of the stock pipe and the bike run very well and strong. Maybe I absolutly need a free flow slip on.

I didn't receive my T4 slip on like I said in my sign. I run the stock pipe.

That makes a HUGE difference! the 160 is WAY too big a jet to be running the stock muffler! I would drop down to about a 150-155 and see what that does. Leave the spark arrestor off your factory pipe too. That will let it flow out easier
