I made a shifter for my pickup today. Its made out of a vw 4cyl camshaft and a snomobile piston. Then I powder coated it semi gloss black.

I have been inspired to make a shifte with a piston on top ever scence I saw one on this site. It was on a quad and was the 4wd shift lever.

So I was taking my race car motor apart and saw the cam and thot what a perfect shifter it would make. Cam was junk anyways.
