Can it still cause problems if unhooked, but still on bike. Just bought a 99 and the wires were cut, module removed but the tors are still on top of the carbs. Can they still cause any other problems besides being a pain in the ***** when its time to work on carbs?

just a pain in the ***** to work around. get the motion pro throttle cable and tors removal kit or different carbs.
