Help with this frame

Can you tell from these pictures if this frame is ok to use? I know the sub is tweaked a little, and someone has been doing some cutting where the left foot peg goes. I have another frame that was cracked and welded above the left peg, but I would rather use this one since it has not been cracked...that I can tell. WHat would you do? I want to send one off to get powder coated

why dont you weld on the other one, and gusset it up, or either do a little bending and work on this one, then both would be good.

I really don't need both, so I would probably sell one to p-coat the other. What is the best way to bend the sub back into place?
