If you leave you phone on the charger overnight is it bad for the battery?

No, I do it all the time and nothing bad has happend

Someone told me it makes your battery lose power so it wont last as long....

I've heard it helps the battery when you discharge is as much as you can, and then charge it.

I usually don't charge mine for a couple days until it's pretty low, and then charge it overnight.
