bleeding brakes

Can anyone give some tips and the best method to bleed the breaks on my 450r. I've got the front breaks and their fine but can't get the back ones. Any ideas?

The way i do the back one is push the pedal down then put my thumb on the bleader hole and let the pedal back up then take my thumb off and push down again and then put my thumb back on the bleader hole and let the pedal back up and keep repeating. For the backs i usually run out of fluid while doing it so you have to add some as you blead or youll get air back in their.
