Well the wind and the cold was pretty rough but sunday at OLDS turned out great. My jetting was way lean but the bike still ran great. I was able to make some great passes up the hill. Still hampered by the poor shocks( whoops at the bottom beat me up good) I was able to pull nicely up the hill. I did not change gearing in my 04 as the of the line could have been just a touch better but with out jetting the bike over again not too bad over all. The HMF ballance pipe really shined in the dune's.
I raced a new 450 ltr and pulled him from bottom to top, His was piped . I pulled on him by 3-4 bikes at the bottom and pulled maybe another 2 at the top so overall 6 bike legnths. I have to say though for only a pipe and jetting they run very well. We ran 3 times and no change, we switched up and same thing. I thought the response was razor sharp. The engine was very noisey, as that seems to be the nature of it??
