400ex oil problems

I have a 2000 400ex with a 440 big bore. It started messing up just recently it will pump oil out of tank but will not pump back in.
I pulled side line off to see if any oil was pumping back through into the tank and there is some but i don't think there is enough coming out to keep up with what is being pumped in. Pumps oil from tank fine just not back in. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.




2000 440ex black wheels,hot cam,big gun full system cut down,big run rev box,protaperbars,red frame,black engine,race cut plastic,with Quadtech hood.

The bottom oil tank oil line may be cloged. Could just need a new oil filter too.

cleaned all oil lines cooler and screen in the oil tank.I have also installed a new filter

Oil tank may just be over filled. Oil tanks can be confusing like one sec its full next its not reading on the dip stick. When i would start my 400ex the oil tank would fill all up were if i took teh cap off it would pump oil out and i found out it was just over filled even thow it showed up as only full when not running.
