ok.. i've been trying to install a system in my truck latly.. well i'm keeping the stock radio face in my truck and needed a wire to plug into the stock radio and to go to the amp... so i called circut city to see if they had any wires that plugged to the back of my truck stock radio to hook up to my amp and this is what he gave me?!?! i have no clue what this is. how to wire it. and what to do with it? any info will help

The 5 wires taht plug into that silver think and i guess that go into my radio?

You wire those wires into your rear speaker wires and they convert it to RCAs for your amp. The white ones are for one side and the gray ones are for the other. The black one is a ground, which usually isn't required for this. You'll also have to run a remote turn on wire. The easiest place to do this is to splice it into the hot wire in the back of your cigarette lighter.
